Those look like stress cracks although if you remove that plate you’d probably see the screw holes weren’t countersunk correctly. To do it the right way you’d need to remove the engine. If you don’t want to go that route dremmel out the cracks at a 45 degree angle on either side of the cracks. Make sure to break through the gel at the end of each crack. If you don’t stop the crack it will contine. Mix up some gel and cabosil to a thick consistency. Add MEK. It should hang off a spoon. Prep the area with 80 grit. Apply your gel and let it sit. Sand it down from 40 to 3k grit sandpaper. Polish and you’re done.

Your transom is on its way out, the small spider cracks are the gelcoat the big one is from your transom flexing because or rotten wood or a shit construction of its composite. It will keep coming back till you re do the transom

My buddy said there is wood in there. Is that yrue or is it solid fibeglass

Remove trim, cut out ALL DAMAGED GLASS. Rebuild into tapered edges left from demo, make sure its dry 1st, match gelcoat. Probably no rot…..no way to be 100% with out opening her up.
