AJ Pereira asks: Trolling motor is not working. I am not sure if it’s the connections or the actual motor. Just bought the boat, I was aware of the issues, but trying to salvage what I can.

I planned on just replacing the plugs and seeing what happens.

I cannot get the male adaptor that is screwed into the bow to check that end. It seems like the wires are too tight maybe? Not sure whats going on; any tips on how to get this out? Even looked through the bow light and couldn’t see anything.

The boat is a Key West 1720 Sportsman

Thank you

Cut the plug from motor, strip some wire put it directly to battery, make sure u know if it’s 12 or 24 volt and connect properly, this way u know where to look if it works.
